We’re excited to offer both Reformer Pilates and Mat Pilates sessions in the comfort and privacy of our studio. Whether you’re looking to build core strength, improve flexibility, enhance posture, or support overall wellness, our tailored Pilates sessions are designed to help you move better and feel stronger. Led by our in-house Therapists who have extensive specialist knowledge of exercise prescription and injuries.

Enjoy a focused, supportive environment where your personal goals and well-being come first. Classes are very small, Therapist-led, and personalised to your individual needs. Enjoy our semi-private, Therapist-led coaching in our bespoke studio, what are you waiting?

Our class timetable includes:

MONDAY: Reformer Pilates (small group class – max 4) – 10.30am, 11.30am, 5.45pm, 6.45pm

TUESDAY: Strength Class (small group PT – max 8) – 5.45pm

WEDNESDAY: Mat Pilates (small group – max 8) – 12pm, 5.45pm, 6.45pm

THURSDAY: Standing Pilates (small group – max 8) – 10.30am, 11.30am // Mat/Foam Roller Pilates 5.45pm

FRIDAY: Reformer Pilates (small group – max 4) – 9.15am, 10.15am // Run & Reformer: Couch to 5km (small group – max 8) 5.30pm

Classes are usually run in a 6 week block — £78 for Mat Pilates and Strength Class (max 6-8 people) // £120 for Reformer Pilates (max 4 people). Next course starts at the beginning of JANUARY 2026
